Abstract

First, the text shows through what '' logics '' was historically built the relationship between the sphere of work and the family. Then, analyses the forms and implications of conciliation today, i.e. 'issues' that the election of the conciliation as a societal goal. Then, it studied the transformations of the modes of action in the field of conciliation, through 'tools' which are developed and used. Finally, it considers the future next conciliation: is there not a new form of conciliation (and therefore new tools adapted to new challenges) that tend to get in place in the years to come, notably because of demographic changes?
