Gouvernance des associations - Profils et trajectoires des présidents d'association

Abstract

Cette recherche vise, à partir d'une enquête auprès des responsables associatifs, et plus particulièrement des présidents bénévoles, à mieux cerner leur profil socio-démographique, ainsi que leurs trajectoires au sein du monde associatif, en relation avec leur vie professionnelle et/ou politique, et les modalités de gouvernance qu'ils mettent en œuvre. En effet, la connaissance des trajectoires de ces dirigeants est encore peu développée et correspond à une demande forte de la part à la fois du monde associatif, des financeurs du secteur associatif et des Français. Ainsi, afin de mieux comprendre les logiques d'action des associations, il est important de connaître les modalités d'accession aux responsabilités des dirigeants et les formes de gouvernance associative, dont vont dépendre le type de demandes sociales prises en charge et le degré de transparence, d'ouverture et de démocratie dont font preuve les associations.
