Abstract

Avec 20 ans de recul, on peut établir un premier bilan des réformes classées, par le jeu d'une mauvaise traduction de l'américain, sous la rubrique "workfare". Si le changement idéologique qu'elles ont porté est clairement établi, les promesses politiques qu'elles portaient (augmenter l'activité, faire reculer la pauvreté et l'exclusion) n'ont certes pas été réalisées.
