Abstract

D'après "La transgression des lois réglementant l'usage de drogues. Analyse des comportements des consommateurs et essai de vérification empirique" de Pierre Kopp et Miléna Spach Le débat récurrent sur la dépénalisation et la légalisation du cannabis interroge la pertinence de la sanction pénale pour lutter contre les comportements addictifs. Au-delà de la question de l'efficacité, il pourrait exister un effet contre-productif de la sanction pénale s'il s'avérait que celle-ci constitue une incitation à la consommation de drogue.
