Abstract

Après avoir identifié le Larzac en tant que territoire isolé, son patrimoine est identifié à son tour. En un troisième temps est analysée la politique de valorisation de ce dernier qui a été conduite. Celle-ci ne s'est pas limitée au développement du tourisme, elle a aussi porté sur celui d'activités productrices de biens et services.
