L'émergence en France de l'économie du travail et de l'emploi

Abstract

En France, l'émergence de l'économie du travail, comme composante de l'économie sociale, peut être datée des années cinquante. Elle apparaît en phase avec les innovations sociales de l'après-guerre, processus qui n'est pas sans rappeler celui constaté aux Etats-Unis à la fin du XIXè siècle. Cette économie du travail émergente questionne la science économique dans son ensemble. Elle fait de la répartition du revenu national un enjeu essentiel pour les groupes sociaux qui sont mis au centre de la dynamique des relations sociales. Ces premiers travaux de chercheurs individuels sont à l'origine de la création de nombreuses équipes d'économie du travail à partir du milieu des années soixante.
