Abstract

Das Ziel dieser Studie ist die Ableitung eines tief disaggregierten Mengengerüsts der EE-Beschäftigung nach Berufen und Anforderungsniveaus im Jahr 2021. Dabei wird die Eignung der detaillierten Eingangsdaten zur Bruttobeschäftigung für eine Abschätzung erprobt. Ferner werden einschlägige Studien gesichtet, um bestehende Erkenntnisse zu den spezifischen Qualifikationsbedarfen des EE-Ausbaus einzubeziehen und die Ergebnisse einzuordnen. In einem Fachgespräch mit Arbeitsmarktexperten fand ein fachlicher Austausch zur Methode und ersten Ergebnissen statt. Als Teil einer Pilotstudie wird die hier dargestellte Methodik in folgenden Vorhaben weiterentwickelt, um für alle Technologien die Abschätzungen zu verbessern ggf. Unschärfen zu beheben.
