Abstract

In den letzten Jahren sind die Modelle PANTA RHEI und GINFORS der GWS für vielfältige Fragestellungen im Bereich Energie- und Klimaschutzmaßnahmen eingesetzt worden. Die untersuchten Fragestellungen sind in der Regel so komplex, dass intuitive Erklärungen durch „scharfes Nachdenken“ nicht mehr möglich sind. Modellgestützte Analysen müssen die Maßnahmen angemessenen abbilden und die wesentlichen Rückkopplungsschleifen erfassen. Vor allzu einfachen Antworten ist in jedem Fall zu warnen.
