Estructuras y tendencias económicas del crecimiento real en Bolivia, 1980 - 2015

Abstract

In this paper the economic structure of Bolivia during the quarterly period from 1980 to 2015, using statistical moments described; at the same time point out the events that influenced the behavior of gross domestic product at consolidated and sectoral levels. This analysis includes the sectoral growth and the extent to which they participate in the gross domestic product (GDP). Consequently, the ability of public policies to strengthen follows sectors with greater relationship or association with the growth of the economy. The results indicate that in Bolivia two sectors that show greater growth (oil-gas-water and electricity) are the least likely contributed to the composition of GDP. Moreover, the sector greater participation in the economy (manufacturing), was the one that showed lower sectoral growth. In turn, all sectors exercised a share around its average, but the relative contribution of public administration without condition of normality for the period addressed.
