Devenir des introductions en bourse de la période 1991-1998 sur le marché français

Abstract

Cet article a pour objet d\'examiner le devenir boursier, à la date du 31.12.1999, des 296 entreprises introduites en bourse sur la période 1991-1998 sur le marché français. Nous cherchons à mettre en relief la pérennité de la cotation de ces entreprises sur le marché et leur degré de sollicitation de la fonction primaire du marché au travers des émissions en numéraire et à caractère action. Contrairement à ce qui est observé aux Etats-Unis, les radiations d\'entreprises nouvellement introduites en bourse sont rares. Par ailleurs, moins de 16 % des entreprises procèdent à une augmentation de capital, 4 ans après leur introduction en bourse. En revanche, ce sont les entreprises de petite taille qui reviennent le plus fréquemment sur le marché.
