Quelle politique industrielle pour éviter le décrochage industriel ?

Ce papier examine la situation de l’industrie dans les pays développés et les raisons structurelles de son déclin. Nous présenterons les différents modèles de politique industrielle et questionnerons la compatibilité de la politique industrielle avec la politique de concurrence. L’article s’appuie sur les développements récents de la littérature académique sur ces questions. En conclusion, nous essayerons de mieux comprendre ce qui caractérise une politique industrielle qui réussit à partir de l’expérience des pays européens.
