La construction des Business Models des fournisseurs d'Infrastructure as-a-Service : l'étude de deux 'purs players' français

Abstract

L'objectif de notre communication est de comprendre la construction des Business Models des fournisseurs de services nécessitant des infrastructures lourdes dans l'industrie de l'informatique, suite à l'émergence du Cloud Computing. Nous nous appuyons sur les neuf blocs de base proposés par Osterwalder et Pigneur (2010) pour étudier les cas de deux fournisseurs d'IaaS français. Cette recherche montre que la création de valeur d'un fournisseur d'IaaS repose sur la création d'écosystèmes de partenaires : les ‘partenaires fournisseurs' pour la mise en place du catalogue de service, et ‘les partenaires produits' pour ajouter de la valeur complémentaire. Par ailleurs, les flux de revenu, bien que fonction de la consommation du client, sont croissants au niveau macro.
