Abstract

Tras décadas de convulsión social y bajo crecimiento, El Salvador ha conseguido controlar la violencia y enfrenta el reto de promover mejoras sostenidas en la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos y conquistar el desarrollo. En este reporte se despliegan de manera extensiva y rigurosa las señales de diagnóstico diferencial para identificar las principales barreras que inhiben la inversión privada y el crecimiento, con el fin de proveer una hoja de ruta para priorizar las intervenciones públicas.
