Eficacia en la gestión social y Balanced Scorecard. El caso de Xstrata Tintaya

Abstract

Describe el proceso de implementación del Balanced Scorecard (BSC) en la empresa Xstrata Tintaya, para el fortalecimiento de su modelo de gestión social. El proceso efectuado entre 2006 y 2009 buscaba alinear el modelo de gestión social con los objetivos de la empresa. Se compara el sistema de gestión de la Gerencia antes y después de la adopción del BSC.
