Le financement des entreprises par capital-risque

Cet article vise a faire le point sur le developpement du capital-risque (venture capital) en Belgique. Pour ce faire, la situation est comparee à celle prevalant dans l'ensemble de l'Europe et plus specifiquement dans certains pays voisins: l'Allemagne, la France, les Pays-Bas et le Royaume-Uni. Apres une premiere partie qui examine le mecanisme general du financement par capital-risque, une analyse chiffree du venture capital et de ses principales caracteristiques est entreprise dans une deuxieme partie. Celle-ci met en lumiere des differences parfois marquees dans le degre de developpement du venture capital dans les divers pays d'Europe.
