Abstract

Cet article examine l'industrie en pleine croissance des services informatiques au Canada et est axe en particulier sur les developpeurs de logiciels, les entreprises de traitement des donnees, les consultants en systemes informatiques et les fournisseurs de service Internet (FSI). Les tendances importantes de l'industrie, les developements et les impacts y sont aussi decrit : par exemple, l'impartition des processus operationnels, le commerce electronique et les systemes de livraison juste-a-temps.
