Evaluation des performances dans les organisations en reseaux de sous-traitants: l'exemple d'aerospatiale airbus

Abstract

En s'appuyant sur le cas d'Aerospatiale Airbus, cette communication montre comment un donneur d'ordres et ses sous-traitants peuvent passer de relations non organisees et non contractualisees a des relations plus structurees et de plus longue duree, completees par la creation d'un reseau de sous-traitants a plusieurs niveuax. La logique de demarche de progres instauree par Aerospatiale Airbus avec ses sous-traitants/fournisseurs et qui se vbase sur une evaluation dynamique de ces derniers est mise en evidence, ainsi que le cadrage de la relation client/fournisseur par le controle de gestion du donneur d'ordres.
