La quasi-integration : une mise en perspective des travaux de Houssiaux et de Aoki

Abstract

La notion de quasi-integration a ete abondamment utilisee par Aoki pour decrire les relations interentreprises des firmes japonaises. Pres de trente ans auparavant, Houssiaux avait deja propose une analyse des relations de sous-traitance en terme de quasi-integration. A partir d'une mise en perspective des analyses des deux auteurs, nous proposons ici une reflexion sur la nature, les origines et les avantages de la quasi-integration, ainsi que sur la question du partage du profit.
