Ethique de la production en sous-traitance: le cas de l'industrie du vetement

Abstract

Le present article etudie le probleme particulier de l'industrie du vetement et de la tentative de controle des abus exerces par les sous-traitants du Tiers-Monde vis-a-vis de leur main d'oeuvre par l'utilisation de codes de bonne conduite. Il apparait que ces codes sont trop souvent une facade et ne sont pas vraiment appliques. L'etude de cas presente assez bien la nature nouvelle des problemes ethiques que vont affronter les entreprises transnationales dans une economie globalisee.
