La PME familiale francaise et son orientation strategique: une etude exploratoire

Abstract

L'entreprise familiale ne serait-elle qu'une survivance du siecle passe? Il est permis d'en douter. En effet, comme le precisent Allouche et Amann (1995), force est de constater aujourd'hui un certain "retour triomphant du capitalisme familial", et la communaute scientifique anglo-saxonne (plus largement) et francaise (plus modestement) ne se tient pas a l'ecart de cette mouvance. C'est dans cette mouvance que s'inscrit cette etude, avec comme point de focalisation l'orientation strategique des entreprises familiales et plus precisement des PME familiales non cotees.
