Abstract

En s'appuyant sur les resultats d'une etude clinique, le present article vise a induire des preconisations dans le domaine du management de la cooperation intercommunale. Comme une telle cooperation ne peut s'operer qu'a travers la creation ou le renforcement des liens relationnels entre acteurs, il s'applique a mettre au jour les mecanismes visant a densifier ces liens. En ce sens, il diffuse ainsi du management de la cooperation intercommunale une conception qui releve fondamentalement d'un management relationnel.
