La notion d'auteur-createur: approches historiques et philosophiques

Abstract

Le concept d'auteur-createur d'une oeuvre de l'esprit trouve son origine en dehors du droit de la propriete litteraire et artistique. La longue evolution de la creation a faconne peu a peu une image du createur qui a tardivement donne naissance a une protection juridique. Il faut attendre la fin du XVIIIe siecle pour que soient votes les premiers textes de lois. L'objet de ce cahier sera donc consacre a l'evolution de la notion de createur d'oeuvres de l'esprit.
