Abstract

Cette etude vise d'abord a reconnaitre et a evaluer les consequences de la formation des grappes industrielles dans l'optique de la localisation future des activites a coefficient eleve de technologie ou de savoir en Amerique du Nord. Elle vise aussi a définir et a examiner diverses initiatives qui pourraient etre prises au Canada en vue d'attenuer ou de contrer les avantages que deteennent certaines regions des Etats-Unis du fait qu'elles abritent deja des grappes d'entreprises innovatrices ainsi que des personnes qualifiees et animees d'un esprit d'entreprise.
