Abstract

L'auteur s'interroge sur la nature des conflits trouvant leur origine dans l'independance des banques centrales, selon l'objectif de la Banque Centrale et des gouvernements, et selon le type de relation strategique qui se met en place entre eux. L'auteur se demande principalement ce que sont les consequences d'une tentative de manipulation des gouvernements par la Banque centrale, ou reciproquement, ou d'une Banque Centrale qui, pour realiser ses objectifs, menace les gouvernements d'une politique monetaire restrictive.
