Transfert du risque des profits vers les salaires: quels effets?

Abstract

L'exigence d'une rentabilite stable des fonds propres pousse les entreprises a faire supporter les aleas (cycliques par exemple) par les salaries, alors qu'auparavant ils l'etaient par les profits donc par les actionnaires, la masse salariale restant relativement stable. Nous utilisons un modele theorique a generations imbriquees avec deux sortes de consommateurs (les salaries et les capitalistes) pour analyser les effets de ce transfert du risque des profits vers les salaires.
