L'organisation du commerce international des services. Une comparaison ALENA-Union Europeenne

Abstract

Les theories du commerce international demontrent qu'en situation de concurrence, tous les pays ont interet a liberaliser les echanges de biens et services. Les diverse etudes empiriques menees au niveau des echanges de biens montrent en effet les incidence favorables de la liberalisation sur le long terme sur le volume du commerce mondial et sur le bien-etre social. L'objet de ce travail est de tenter d'evaluer les caracteristiques de l'Accord international sur les services en tentant de comparer les enjeux de la liberalisation des services au niveau multilateral par rapport a ce qui a ete accompli au sein de l'ALENA et de l'UE.
