Abstract

Les regions sont devenues en France, avec les lois de decentralisation, des acteurs de la politique publique. Ce sont toutefois des acteurs dont l'identite economique reste incertaine. Les regions sont aujourd'hui au coeur d'un double reamenagement des relation verticales entre niveaux d'autorite et horizontales entre collectivites se partageant la responsabilite d'un meme territoire. Leur avenir comme acteur economique depend de la possibilite de voir s'imposer la region comme espace de reference.
