2018 Global food policy report: Synopsis [in Russian]

Abstract

2017 год был отмечен ростом неопределенности на фоне неоднозначных признаков прогресса. Несмотря на то, что этот период был отмечен высокими темпами восстановления мировой экономики, распространенность голода в мире выросла в связи с продолжающимися конфликтами, нехваткой продовольствия и кризисами, связанными с беженцами. Глобальный ландшафт продолжил меняться, при этом антиглобалистские настроения стали угрожать международной торговле и инвестициям, а также потокам людей и знаний. Выход США из крупных международных соглашений и Великобритании – из Европейского союза, а также нарастание антииммиграционной риторики ознаменовал этап отказа мирового сообщества от длившейся десятилетия глобальной интеграции, позволившей добиться беспрецедентного сокращения масштабов нищеты и количества людей, получающих неполноценное питание. В Отчете о глобальной продовольственной политике 2018 рассматриваются крупнейшие изменения 2017 года в области политики и освещаются возникшие проблемы и перспективы. Особое внимание уделено вопросам, связанным с нарастанием движения антиглобализма, и возможностям использования глобальной интеграции на благо мировой продовольственной системы.
