Abstract

President Paulson gave a presentation and participated in a panel discussion on how lifetime experiences affect consumer behavior. Read a related essay, "Does Experiencing High Inflation Change Economic Behavior?" — coauthored with Fed economists Andrew Hertzberg and Wenli Li. During the event, President Paulson also shared her thoughts on the U.S. economy and the year ahead.
