Comment les signaux d’alerte nommés « erreurs » agissent-ils sur les liens entre les jeunes diplômés et leurs hiérarchiques ?

    A partir d’un observatoire permanent de récits d’expériences, la recherche montre comment il est possible de réunir des retours d’expériences sur les erreurs professionnelles. L’analyse de 171 contextes d’erreurs concernant 139 professionnels situés au sein de 1047 récits d’expériences, a démontré que l’erreur est un signal stratégique, en ce sens qu’il n’est pas qu’un simple moyen de corriger une procédure, mais aussi et surtout une occasion de créer du lien social, pour autant que nous respections quelques procédures simples dans son traitement. La communication prescrit une double procédure, respectivement au « N+1 » et à l’auteur de l’erreur. Du point de vue méthodologique, la démarche repose sur le traitement de données qualitatives suivant une application empirico-inductive de la Grounded Theory.
