Sistema de amortização no regime de juros simples: comparação entre duas proposições no caso de prestações constantes

Abstract

Este artigo tem por finalidade comparar as metodologias para sistemas amortização com prestações constantes (sistema francês), em juros simples, desenvolvidos no Brasil (Forger e Lachtermacher& de Faro) e na Italia (Mari & Aretusi e Annibali et al.). Este trabalho considera as datas focais no início e final do financiamento. Em todos os casos as metodologias se mostraram financeiramente consistentes. Ao final do trabalho um estudo sobre possíveis ganhos fiscais para as empresas financiadoras são realizados.
