Abstract

O presente artigo trata dos instrumentos normativos adotados pelo Brasil na gestão dos recursos hídricos e saneamento, bem como no combate à poluição atmosférica, seja no âmbito doméstico, seja no internacional. Abordamse também os indicadores sobre esses temas elaborados pela OCDE que contenham dados sobre o Brasil, no contexto do processo de acessão do país à Organização
