El cálculo de la recaudación normativa de los tributos cedidos tradicionales: una propuesta provisional

Abstract

El presente trabajo documenta los problemas que existen con las estimaciones oficiales de recaudación normativa para los llamados tributos cedidos tradicionales y construye una estimación alternativa de esta magnitud para el año 2013 que puede resultar de utilidad de cara a la formulación y valoración de propuestas para la reforma del sistema de financiación regional.
