La Ley 12/2023 por el derecho a la vivienda: un primer balance a partir de la aplicación desigual del control de rentas en España

Abstract

Este trabajo ofrece un primer balance descriptivo de la situación del mercado del alquiler en España dos años después de la entrada en vigor de la Ley 12/2023, con el foco puesto en una circunstancia que lo convierte en un caso de estudio útil: la contención de rentas prevista en la norma solo se ha desplegado de forma efectiva en Cataluña, a partir del 16 de marzo de 2024.
