Cómo mejorar el Proyecto de Ley sobre Reducción de Jornada, Registro Horario y Desconexión Digital

Abstract

En este artículo examinamos el PLJ en cada una de estas materias, ofreciendo un diagnóstico técnico y propuestas concretas de mejora para su tramitación parlamentaria. A lo largo del análisis ponemos de manifiesto las múltiples insuficiencias, defectos técnicos y rigideces del texto, resultado de una iniciativa legislativa presentada sin acuerdo previo con los interlocutores sociales más representativos (UGT, CC.OO y CEOE-CEPYME), y que desatiende la diversidad sectorial y empresarial del mercado laboral español, afectando de forma especialmente intensa a las PYMES.
