Nota sobre el nuevo sistema de cotización del Régimen de Trabajadores autónomos (RETA)

Abstract

El RD-ley 13/2022 modifica el sistema de cotización de los trabajadores del Régimen de trabajadores autónomos (RETA). La principal novedad es la desaparición de la posibilidad de elección de la base de cotización, entre la mínima y máxima, con independencia de la renta obtenida por el afiliado en el ejercicio económico. El nuevo sistema se desplegará de forma progresiva en un periodo máximo de nueve años (2032), con revisiones periódicas cada tres años.
