Abstract

La pandemia de Covid ha sido uno de los shocks más fuertes que ha experimentado Europa en el último siglo. Empezó como una crisis sanitaria, pero derivó enseguida en una grave crisis social y económica ante la que la Unión Europea tuvo que emplearse a fondo, adoptando una respuesta extraordinaria que puede suponer un hito importante en el proceso de integración europea.
