La evolución de la financiación de las comunidades autónomas de régimen común,2002-2018

Abstract

En este trabajo se construyen series homogeneizadas de financiación regional a competenciashomogéneas e igual esfuerzo fiscal desde 2002 hasta 2018, así como series complementarias definanciación por caja, financiación destinada a competencias singulares y ayudas implícitas enlos mecanismos extraordinarios de liquidez para comunidades autónomas. También serecopilan otros agregados de interés que pueden servir para relativizar la financiaciónautonómica, incluyendo la población ajustada regional. Estas series se utilizan para ilustraralgunos rasgos de interés de la evolución de la financiación agregada regional y de la posiciónrelativa de las distintas comunidades autónomas en términos de financiación por unidad denecesidad. Con el trabajo se incluyen dos hojas de Excel con los datos, una organizada porregiones y la otra por variables.
