Abstract

El artículo presenta una revisión de la Estrategia de Competencias para España (OCDEECE), describe los principales retos que la OCDE definió en su informe, valora las fortalezas y debilidades de esa estrategia y propone avanzar en la construcción de un sistema nacional de competencias y utilizar ese sistema como una palanca para hacer de nuestro país una verdadera sociedad para el aprendizaje. A lo largo del artículo se presentan los retos que conforman la estrategia OCDE-ECE, así como el diagnóstico que le sirvió de referencia, para concluir que la debilidad más importante que presenta nuestro país es dispone de una estrategia sin un agente bien definido que la desarrolle.
