Abstract

El programa de JPMorgan Chase New Skills At Work representa un compromiso global de 250 millones de dólares con una duración de cinco años, cuyo objetivo es identificar estrategias y soluciones que ayuden a mejorar la infraestructura del mercado de trabajo y el desarrollo de mano de obra experta a nivel mundial. La iniciativa aspira a reunir a los principales responsables políticos, académicos, empresarios, educadores, centros de formación y organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro con el objetivo de conectar el diseño de las políticas laborales con la práctica, la oferta con la demanda y las empresas con los trabajadores – todo ello para consolidar la economía mundial y crear oportunidades económicas para las personas
