Análisis de los Presupuestos de las CC.AA: cumplimiento 2016 y valoración 2017

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza los factores responsables del incumplimiento de los presupuestos autonómicos de 2016 y hace una valoración de los presupuestos publicados en 2017. La sobrevaloración de la previsión de ingresos por parte las CCAA ha sido el factor determinante del incumplimiento de los presupuestos de 2016. Los presupuestos de 2017 no presentan una sobrevaloración de la partida de ingresos. Sin embargo, estos ingresos dependen del cumplimiento de las entregas a cuenta reflejadas en los Presupuestos Generales de 2017 pendientes de aprobación.
