La financiaciÛn AutonÛmica en los Nuevos Estatutos Regionales

Abstract

En este trabajo se analizan las disposiciones de los nuevos estatutos regionales y proyectos de estatuto que intentan condicionar en alguna medida el diseno del nuevo sistema de financiaciÛn regional. Prestamos especial atenciÛn a las implicaciones del nuevo Estatuto catal·n en el que se fijan las lÌneas generales de una reforma que podrÌa suponer un cambio cualitativo en la estructura y filosofÌa del sistema.
