InnovaciÛn TecnolÛgica en Euskadi: El caso de !lava

El gasto atribuible a la innovaciÛn tecnolÛgica en las empresas de la economÌa alavesa en el ano 2003, ascendiÛ al 5,03% del PIB, algo m·s de 1 punto porcentual por encima de la cifra para el conjunto de Euskadi. Esta diferencia a favor del territorio de !lava se explica por las cifras de inversiÛn en maquinaria avanzada. El artÌculo explora esta circunstancia y sus consecuencias para la definiciÛn de las polÌticas dirigidas al fomento del progreso tecnolÛgico.
