Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá mechanismy uspokojování vìøitelù a makroekonomickými determinanty úpadkù podnikového sektoru. Konkurzní a exekuèní øízení jsou dva základní insolvenèní nástroje uspokojování vìøitelù zakotvené v èeském právu. V pøípadì defaultu dlužníka se závazky pouze vùèi jednomu vìøiteli je možno využít rychlejší a efektivnìjší exekuèní øízení. Jinak je nutno použít konkurzní øízení, aby nedošlo ke zvýhodòovaní jednoho vìøitele pøed ostatními. Pøesto v øadì pøípadù dochází k mimosoudní dohodì, která je èasto výhodnìjší a zejména rychlejší cestou pro vìøitele, jak získat alespoò èást své pohledávky zpìt. Na èasové øadì poètu podaných návrhù na konkurz je možné testovat makroekonomické determinanty úpadku podnikù. Empirická analýza ukazuje predikèní schopnost roèního tempa rùstu hrubého domácího produkt, úrokových sazeb, míry inflace a zadluženosti podnikù na vývoj bankrotù v ÈR.
