Abstract

Monsoon Session 2015 marks the end of the first year of the 16th Lok Sabha. This note looks at the participation of MPs in both Houses of Parliament over the last year. Participation in debates includes anything other than questions. This includes instances when MPs bring matters to the attention of the House in their individual capacity, as well as when MPs represent their political party in a debate.
