Abstract

The statement aims to build a knowledge-based and digital Bangladesh and to advance the socio-economic conditions of all sections of the nation, through the establishment of good governance in the all spheres of public administration, the creation of an environment that attracts and supports increasing public and private investments, and enabling the establishment of an ICT-based government administration at all levels.
