Abstract

Standing Committee on Coal and Steel present this Thirty-Seventh Report (Fifteenth Lok Sabha) on "The Coal Mines (Conservation & Development) Amendment Bill, 2012" relating to the Ministry of Coal. The Coal Mines (Conservation & Development) Amendment Bill, 2012 as introduced in Lok Sabha on 22nd November, 2012 was referred by the Hon'ble Speaker, Lok Sabha under Rule 331(E) (i) (b) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha on 21st December, 2012 to the Standing Committee on Coal and Steel for examination and report.
