The Presidential address to parliament at its first session of the year pays tribute to the heroes and martyrs of the nation, elaborates on Bangaldesh's achievement in industry, agriculture, education and health and pharmaceuticals. It also details the reforms in the financial sector and the recent legislations passed towards this end. []
