G8 and “The Other Five†: Creating a Constructive Relationship – The Role of Mexico

Abstract

Taking into account the present international situation the question which arises is, is it possible to have a positive cooperation between North and South. Concept of this kind of cooperation between G8 and G5 is not accepted by all the nations. Though these nations aim at mechanism for good relations, in practice no body can give any assurance that these countries would adopt any political decisions to fulfill this aim.
