Abstract

India is committed to solve many problems that it is facing today. the human condition can improve more here in the next two decades than anywhere in the world. And the benefit, to India and to the world, is incalculable. It requires smart investments; it requires leveraging this country’s long administrative tradition in bold new ways. [Niti Aayog Lecture]
